2. Refund And Cancellation Policy -
   • If you have found any issue in order which you have received then please send the Picture of the order with the order number to [email protected]. We will try to find the best solution for that.
   • Any issue will not entertain after 1Hour of order delivery.
   • Ek Plate Parcel delivers you the food you order from the restaurants listed on our website/App. All restaurants are third party so unfortunately, it’s not possible to return or cancel an order after it has been placed.
   • However, in order to provide you an excellent delivery experience, we are here to help you out in the best possible manner in case if you are unhappy with the service.
   • Your order can also be cancelled if our team finds your payment has not been received. In case the payment for the order is not made, we will automatically cancel the order. An email notification will be sent to you when we cancel the order.
   • If a customer has paid twice for one transaction, one of the two transaction amounts will be refunded via same source within 7 working days.
   • No, any refund will be issued for issues like delay in delivery, bad quality of food etc.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
   • Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include unavailability of food in restaurants, Restaurants cancelling order after accepting order, unavailability of rider, etc.
   • We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Your money will be deposited in your account once the placed order has been cancelled subject to approval from our side. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit/cash card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
   • Cancellation can only be accepted if we have not already begun to process your order, subject to the following conditions -
     1. After Placing Order 0% Cancellation Charges (From Total Order Cost) shall be deducted if order is not in processing.
     2. Once order is processed/processing 100% Cancellation Charges (From Total Order Cost) shall be deducted/Recovered.
     3. You are requested to email [email protected] along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
     4. In order to get your order delivered to you soon, restaurants may start processing order as soon as order is received. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below-listed terms and conditions
4. Offers 
    
   • Promotions are time bound and details regarding start and end time of the promotion will be available on the App and desktop banner.
   • The offer might get communicated to customers via notification or e-mailers or sms which will land users on the offer page.
   • As a part of the construct, some coupons get applicable only if the total value of post discounted price of all the products in the shopping bag exceeds a minimum threshold on payment page or "Apply Coupon" page within Shopping Bag.
   • Each coupon is identified by a code and has different Discount. The claimant can decide and Choose one Offer during the booking phase whilst being bound by the conditions linked to the redemption of the coupon.
   • In case the customer gets “free delivery” option through any coupon, ongoing offer or as a special case – Ek Plate Parcel reserves the right to select delivery partner itself. No preferences on delivery partner selected by the customer shall be applicable.
   • After, Placing the order customer cannot use Offer or Coupon Code.
   • Free Delivery Offers are available for certain offer period.  
5. Delivery Terms & Conditions -
   • That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) order shall be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
   • Mentioned Delivery timings on website is considering food preparation time taken by restaurants, and may vary upon delay from restaurants.
   • No delivery partners are incentivised or penalised for delivery speed and all are delivering your order with due safety.
   • Delay in delivery due to traffic or and natural reason shall not be considered as reason for cancellation of order.
6. Cancellation Charge
   • 100% Cancellation Charges (From Total Order Cost) shall be deducted/recovered.

7. Payment

   • You have to pay online and in advance for the order.

   • We can change the prices of your service at any time.
   • In cash on delivery mode of payment entire payment has to be made at the time of receiving the order. If user is denying the payment, his/her account will be suspended forever.
8. Site Feedback
   • Any comments, suggestions, proposals, or other feedback (collectively “Feedback Information”) provided to Ek Plate Parcel connection with the operation or content of this Site shall be provided by the submitter and received by Ek Plate Parcel on a non-confidential basis. All such comments, suggestions, and other information shall become the exclusive property of Ek Plate Parcel. In no event shall Ek Plate Parcel be responsible for any delays/damages occurred during the transit of shipments
